Seasickness tablets

First time rotto swim and I'm a bit concerned about seasickness. Has anyone got any tips on what might be the best tablets? Have used quells before but they wiped me out.

I've used travacalm for my last 4 solo's and haven't had a problem. Try them on an unimportant ocean swim to see how you go.
